Would have liked to have found out a bit more about the chassis control fault that I had experienced, even though there was no fault found during the service.

When I booked my car in I was told they would text to confirm the part (camera) was in. No one did. I was left with a card on the seat which you scan into your phone to open your camera ap....No tech support.

I waited 3 hours for new tyres to be put on. I was told it was ready & would just be washed. An hour later they said it was nearly ready but hadn't been washed. Poor communication...

The car came in for new number plates to be fitted. You just left them in the boot. E we hen I pointed out they were not on the car there was no offer to do anything about it

The reason for this answer is the fact that when I arrived there wasn't anyway to park because 10 of the customer car parking spaces were out of use because they were being converted into electric charging spaces.

I was given an incorrect time for my appointment (service & MOT) and the members of staff didn't seem bothered nor was the actual garage open on time.

No response on my service I usually have vehicle health check video sent. Reception staff were helpful but the person carrying out the service didn't call to update me. The valet wash is the worst I've seen don't offer it if you can't do the job.

Service staff considered my needs and provided me with an electric car to cater for the mileage we do. I had great experience driving i4 and ix3. Nothing was too much trouble. Give credit to the staff from reception to service. Kept me updated.

I have no issue with the staff, the work undertaken was completed successfully. What I didn't expect was a bill for over £1000 for a part to control adblue.

When booking my service the sales rep added the Vehicle Check Service without advertising me of the cost or informing me that it was a additional service which isn't required. Disappointed to see BMW have resorted to this type of hard sales.

I cannot believe that BMW as an internal organisation are not contactable by a local branch to see where mice may be getting into the cab of my car. This cannot be a one off problem. This a serious problem that BMW should be addressing.no care!

I was initially asked to leave my car all day which I was happy to do so. I took two buses to get home and by lunchtime and an hour after arriving home I was the car was ready! I would have preferred to have waited if I'd known it was a half day job

Straight forward experience but was not informed of major fault with a tyre at hand-over (split down to cords). I only found this comment when I looked at the paperwork at home. I took the car elsewhere to have a new tyre fitted urgently.

When I took my car in to have a new wing mirror fixed they had failed to paint the shell in advance so a second appointment needed to be made. Having said that they were very apologetic and sorted it quickly when it did go in.
