Dropping my car off at Shrewsbury was less convenient than having it picked up - but I appreciate the short notice appointment and that is why I knocked off one level of satisfaction

Rang up about an hour before closing time and we were asked to get up to Shrewsbury as soon as possible and not to worry they would be waiting for us . The staff did what was required and sent us on our way very satisfied

The servicing team had left the car down in the wash bay overnight, so when I came to collect it first thing the next morning, no-one at the service desk could locate it.

Work which was done was ok but complimentary wash and vac was very poor. All interior gloss surfaces were smeared, interior was worse when it came out than when it went in

Service itself was fine I'm sure, car had developed a fault investigation into that not able to identify problem. The reminder on the milometer of services was not reset.I returned the car for them to reset it (I live 75 miles from the garage).

The car was returned to me fairly clean but not as clean as I would have done it, nor as clean as I have received it from Rybrook the past. I clean off tar stains etc they didn't & in the front valance was an area of overspray. I may return it

Came in for mot needed part replacing to pass which took 2hrs asked if chance of car to be able to take wife to appointments as already been waiting 90mins before told it failed. Was tolx they would try anf find car, nothing materialised .
Communication during the repair was excellent. As the vehicle needed to be kept overnight I was picked up from work and taken the 20 miles home (I also had the option of a loan vehicle if I wanted).

Although the work on the alloys was excellent, while Rybrook had the car someone appears to have made a change to the electrics for some reason. Now when the engine is turned off, the ventilation is disabled and you can't turn it back on again!!
It was a recall that slightly inconvenienced me
During previous dialogue and when booking the vehicle in, there was no mention that the MOT service would cost me as I am under the Service Pack and was told 'free MOT for life'. I was surprised when presented with a bill.
Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately as you did not purchase the car from Rybrook there is a charge for your MOT. MOT for Life is only available for Rybrook customers.
