This is a new Group Role for a confident individual to work closely with our Sales Teams to increase our customer retention. This involves contacting our customers who have owned our product and maybe looking to change in the near future. This role is also responsible for distributing all sales and aftersales leads which are generated through the internet to make sure they are contacted in a timely and professional manner. The ideal applicant will have a mature outgoing nature and will be able to converse with our customers on a professional level and convert prospects into appointments by identifying any additional business opportunities along the way. You must understand the importance of offering outstanding customer service, have the ability to be calm under pressure and be well organised with a friendly manner. We will consider both full and part time positions for this role.
