I know my team have now spoken to you and clarified that the work carried out was purely a handbrake adjustment, and not an Oil Service as you originally believed. An Oil Service is usually an Oil filter replacement, plus draining and refilling the engines with BMW Approved Oil necessary for Efficient Dynamic Engines, it does not include handbrake adjustments, however we would be very pleased to provide you with a very competitive quotation."

"The TPM system was not reset so I had a flat tyre warning 5 minutes after leaving the dealership. Not a huge issue, I just reset it, but if it was my wife she would have called the emergency number or had the dealership come out. Important to check."
