We have taken the steps to investigate the tyre wear with Bridgestone, and we will come back to you once I have confirmation of their findings. Your comments regarding communication have been fed back to my team and rest assured that they will be working hard to improve this. We are very sorry that the experience was not to our usual very high standard."
