The first people you'll meet are our efficient and friendly receptionists Lyn Robinson, Diane Pardoe, Theresa Godfrey. Weekends - Nacia Georgiou.

We have a large Used Car operation and this is led by Dale Mackenzie Sales Manager. Dale has been with Rybrook BMW for over 5 years having started his career as a sales executive. Working with him we have Jon Wilkinson, Matt Aston, Dan Huckin, James Pettener & Dan Francis. The Business Manager for our Used Car team is Ally Robertson. 

Our New Car Team is led by Simon Smith, who has been with Rybrook for nearly 6 years, and has previous experience of being a longstanding BMW customer before joining the brand. The new car team are Russell Higgins, Jon Day, Jim Mayer & John Miller. Managing Corporate Sales we have Vicky Hughes, and our New Car Business Manager is Richard Palfrey.

If it's aftercare you need our Aftersales department team is led by Peter Powell who has too many years of BMW experience to mention!  Working with him we have Chris Wimbush, Ashley Sutton, and Natasha Davies providing advice on our reception desks, Kelly Wood providing a direct link to our workshop, and Abbie Cartwright & Charlotte Mayfield manning the telephones.

The Bodyshop is managed by the experience of Gary Rogers, and our Parts Department team are Grant Lloyd, Callum Dodd, Chris Westwood & Adam Humphries.

Beside the above immediate customer-facing staff, my team of highly qualified technicians and master techinicians will be more than happy to make sure you get the personal touch to a very professional service.
